Voici une courte histoire de motivation:
Voici l’histoire de deux frères qui vivaient paisiblement à la campagne. Ils travaillaient ensemble à la même ferme en parfaite harmonie. Puis un différend apparu entre eux au sujet d’un malheureux malentendu. Ce désaccord se creusa jour après jour jusqu’à créer un fossé profond entre les deux frères, qui s’entendaient si bien auparavent.
Un jour un vagabond, qui cherchait du travail, frappa à la porte du frère aîné. Il lui offrit de faire des réparations en échange d’être nourri.
– Oui, j’ai du travail pour toi. Regarde de l’autre côté de ce ruisseau, c’est la maison de mon cadet. Il y a quelque temps, il m’a offensé gravement. Je veux lui montrer que ne veux plus de lui. Près de ce ruisseau entre nos habitations, je veux que tu construises un mur afin de lui montrer qu’il n’est plus le bienvenu chez moi.
Le vagabond répondit :
– Je crois comprendre la situation entre vous deux.
Les deux hommes réunirent ensemble le bois nécessaire à la construction. Puis, le frère aîné partit en voyage, laissant le vagabond travailler seul. Douze jours plus tard, l’aîné revint chez lui. Le travail était déjà terminé. Mais quelle surprise ! Au lieu d’un mur, il y avait un joli pont qui unissait les propriétés des deux frères. Aussitôt qu’il vit qu’il était de retour, le cadet sortit de sa maison et courut accueillir son frère en s’exclamant :
– Quel grand coeur tu as ! Construire un pont alors que nous étions en colère ! Je suis fier d’être ton frère ! J’espère devenir un jour être aussi compréhensif et généreux que toi.
Pendant que les deux frères célébraient leur réconciliation, le vagabond se prépara à partir.
– Non, attends ! lui dirent les deux frères. Reste avec nous, tu seras notre invité.
En continuant de se préparer, il répondit :
– Je voudrais bien rester, mais j’ai d’autres ponts à construire…

Two brothers were living peacefully in the countryside. They worked together on the same farm in perfect harmony. Then a disagreement arose between them due to a unfortunate misunderstanding. This disagreement grew deeper day by day until a deep rift had formed between the two brothers, who had got along so well before.
One day a vagabond, looking for work, knocked on the door of the elder brother. He offered to do repairs in exchange for being fed.
– Yes, I have work for you. Look on the other side of this stream, it’s my younger brother’s house. Some time ago, he gravely offended me. I want to show him that I no longer want him. Near this stream between our houses, I want you to build a wall to show him that he is no longer welcome in my home.
The vagabond replied:
– I think I understand the situation between you two.
The two men gathered together the wood necessary for the construction. Then the elder brother went on a journey, leaving the vagabond to work alone. Twelve days later, the elder returned home. The work was already finished. But what a surprise! Instead of a wall, there was a beautiful bridge connecting the two brothers’ properties. As soon as he saw that he was back, the younger brother came out of his house and ran to welcome his brother exclaiming:
– What a great heart you have! To build a bridge when we were angry! I am proud to be your brother! I hope to one day be as understanding and generous as you.
While the two brothers celebrated their reconciliation, the vagabond prepared to leave.
– No, wait! they said to him. Stay with us, you will be our guest.
As he continued to prepare, he replied:
– I would love to stay, but I have other bridges to build…
